Excel Input

1. The problem is to understand how to place or input data into an Excel sheet. 2. Open Microsoft Excel to access a new or existing worksheet. 3. Click on a cell where you want to place your data. Cells are identified by column letters and row numbers, for example, A1. 4. Type the data directly into the selected cell. 5. Press Enter to confirm the input and move to the cell below or use Tab to move to the next cell to the right. 6. Continue typing data into subsequent cells as needed. 7. To enter formulas in Excel, start by typing an equal sign '=', then write the formula, for example, '=SUM(A1:A5)'. 8. Excel automatically formats cells as you type, and you can further adjust formatting using the toolbar. 9. Save your worksheet after data input to avoid losing information.
